Building strong relationships with team members while collaborating closely with the HQ team to improve and enhance web applications, websites, and systems.
>Team leading
- Lead and manage the development team while coordinating closely with HQ in Japan.
- Define project direction and system improvement plans in collaboration with HQ, considering integrations between the POS system and web-based systems.
- Communicate requirements, decisions, and project objectives to the local development team and ensure smooth execution.
- Conducting regular meetings with the Japan team to discuss progress, issues, and future initiatives.
- Review and validate source code to ensure quality, maintainability, and compliance with development standards.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment while supporting team members' growth and performance.
>Hands on responsibility
- Development, operation, and maintenance of app and web site
- Development of on-demand printing system
- Additional support for English versions of existing systems, etc.
*Currently, the company uses IT agency so this position needs to collaborate with them.
