Sales (Japanese Speaker)
As a member of the sales team, you will first be responsible for existing clients, and once you become familiar with the business, you will also be expected to develop new accounts.
-Coordinate with the internal production team to monitor the delivery status of existing products
-Prepare quotations, receive purchase orders (PO), and manage the process through to delivery
-Handle accounting-related matters such as credit notes (CN), price discrepancies, and overdue payments
-Provide after-sales service and build strong customer relationships
-Communicate weekly forecasts to the planning and purchasing teams for material arrangements
-Prepare sales reports to accurately analyze customer data and market trends
Number of clients in charge: Approximately 20
Clients in charge: Mainly Japanese companies (typically starting from local HR)
Domestic business trips: Ipoh (about once a month), Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru (once every 2–3 months)
Overseas business trips: Singapore and China (about once a year)
