・Lead and manage a team of 15 staff, including facilities technicians, chargemen, and maintenance engineers.
・Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for all plant equipment and facilities.
・Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
・Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and company policies.
・Coordinate with other departments to support production needs and continuous improvement initiatives.
・Prepare and manage departmental budgets, reports, and performance metrics.
・Act as the primary liaison for Japanese-speaking stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
