A rapidly growing automation company is seeking an innovative Scientist to advance research in semiconductor manufacturing processes and Automated Material Handling Systems.
This role is ideal for individuals passionate about applying fundamental science to solve real-world engineering challenges. You will collaborate closely with engineers and cross-functional teams to translate scientific insights into practical solutions that drive the future of semiconductor manufacturing automation.
Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct scientific research in materials science, physics, or chemistry, with a focus on semiconductor manufacturing processes.
Analyze and optimize semiconductor manufacturing workflows and automated material handling systems (AMHS).
Develop scientific models and theories to enhance AMHS performance and overall manufacturing efficiency.
Identify and analyze factors affecting semiconductor yield, integrating findings to improve AMHS and production processes.
Support AMHS design, validation, and troubleshooting by formulating hypotheses and designing experiments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, and operations) to implement research outcomes and drive innovation.
