Job Summary
This position is responsible for providing technical sales support mainly to existing clients, including Chinese and Japanese companies. Working closely with the sales team and Japanese engineers, the role involves handling customer inquiries, proposing product specifications, preparing quotations, and coordinating delivery schedules to support customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up and manage existing clients (e.g., automotive and electronics manufacturers)
Understand customer needs and share requirements with internal technical teams
Provide technical proposals related to aluminum die-casting and CNC machining parts
Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical documents
Coordinate production and shipment schedules, and manage delivery timelines
Communicate and report to Japanese supervisors and headquarters
Handle business negotiations and communication with Chinese and Japanese clients
Propose product and process improvements
Travel overseas (China, Japan, Thailand) once every 2–3 months
Perform other sales and technical support duties as assigned
