This position is a Quality Assurance (QA) role responsible for ensuring the quality of glass fiber products and manufacturing processes. The role includes conducting inspections, testing, and analysis, as well as managing non-conforming products and implementing corrective actions.
The QA Engineer will also handle customer complaints, support quality improvement activities, and ensure products meet required standards. Daily communication in Japanese (mainly via email) with the Japan headquarters is required for reporting and coordination, and the role may involve occasional overseas travel for customer meetings and quality issue discussions.
• To analyze and liase with HQ on quality issue (mostly communicating by email )
• To work together with production team and incoming quality control to prevent defects.
• Developing, building or testing new products, processes, or procedure
• Control of conforming and non-conforming products.
• To assist QA Manager to handle customer complaints and information & audit.
• To develop effective quality control processes.
• Conducting tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality
or performance.
• Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviation from quality
standards.
• Inspect final output and compare properties to requirement
• Ensure that the quality standards set by the customer are met
• Plans and implemented methods to continually improve the quality of products
• Other task assign by the superior.
