Responsible for shipment operations, product ordering, inventory control, and communication with headquarters. Managed and operated a warehouse handling approximately 1,500 SKUs, ensuring efficient and streamlined logistics operations.
In our logistics department, you will be responsible for warehouse and logistics management, including:
Warehouse Management: Inventory optimization, inbound/outbound control, and process improvement
Head Office Coordination: Product ordering, inventory adjustments, progress reporting, and consultations
External Communication: Liaising with customers and third-party logistics providers as a distributor
System Utilization: Use of Excel and internal inventory management systems
Team Management: Collaborating with Japanese supervisors and local staff to ensure smooth operations
